In order to inclusively serve every child in our community, our coaches undergo specialized training in a variety of areas, including sign language, adaptive games, and CAF (Confederation of African Football) certification courses. These training sessions equip our coaches with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide effective and inclusive training to children of all abilities. We believe that by investing in our coaches, we can ensure that every child receives the support and guidance they need to thrive on and off the field.

Following their training, our coaches return to the community to implement what they have learned and develop innovative and inclusive sports programs for children. Whether it’s creating adaptive games for children with disabilities or incorporating sign language into coaching sessions, our coaches are dedicated to providing quality training that meets the unique needs of every child.

In addition to our programs, our coaches also play a vital role in supporting community schools and clubs, contributing to the overall development of sports in the region. By sharing their knowledge and expertise, our coaches help to strengthen the sports ecosystem, creating more opportunities for children to participate in organized sports and pursue their passion for athletics.
