Vincent is the dedicated Assistant Coach of Kumalo Sports Club and also serves as the League Manager of the Kumalo Sports League. A passionate football enthusiast, Vincent’s journey in the game began as a player in his early years and transitioned naturally into leadership, starting from his secondary school days where he guided and organized teams as a student coach.
Vincent holds a Diploma in Social Work from Nsamizi Training Institute in Mpigi District. His academic training equipped him with valuable skills in counselling and emotional support, youth and child welfare, and community development—making him an all-rounded mentor both on and off the field.
Professionally, Vincent gained field experience working with Care International in Agago District, where he served as a data collector for projects on gender-based violence and early childhood development. These experiences strengthened his capacity to work closely with communities and young people.
He currently holds a Beginner’s Certificate in Football Coaching and is actively pursuing a CAF D Coaching License, aiming to enhance his technical abilities and leadership in the game. Vincent aspires to become a top-level football manager at the national level, contributing to the growth of Ugandan football.
